We're working on biomechanical properties of knee joint complex & articular cartilage in rabbit model of secondary osteoarthritis. PT is one of the expensive health care services in Iran; Therefore, we try to find out whether PT modalities really affect cartilage structure & function or not.
fortunately I have an opportunity to work with Prof. Jurvelin's team at BBC group, Kuopio, Finland. I became familiar with some equipment there to have a better understanding of cartilage structure and function. these information help me in my thesis too. (Good to know that university of Kuopio is a part of University of Eastern Finland since 2010. so I have a research experiment in the Dpartment of Physics and Mathematics, University of Easten Finland, Kuopio, Finland)
We have made a simple but sensitive measurement device to detect joint complex friction in vitro. This device is under study yet but according to the experimental results in Dr. Ravanbod study and mine, it can be useful to detect the alteration in joint complex function in rabbit model of  hemarthrosis and also OA
